Service Description
Rooted Notary & Background Solutions provides professional loan signing services for refinance, purchase, seller, HELOC, reverse mortgage, and other real estate document packages. I guide signers through the signing process, verify identity, notarize where required, complete required certificates, and return documents per instructions. Includes: Appointment coordination and confirmation Identity verification (valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID required) Document presentation and signing facilitation (no legal advice) Notarizations as required in the package Scanbacks (when requested) Shipping/drop-off coordination (when applicable) Common Add-Ons: Additional signer(s) Large package printing (over standard page count) Extended scanbacks Extended travel / special routing After-hours / on-demand scheduling Important Notes: I do not provide legal advice or explain document terms. All signers must be present with acceptable ID at the time of signing. If the package requires witnesses, the client is responsible for providing witnesses unless arranged in advance. Cancellation Policy
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms. The full Booking Policy is available at www.RootedNotary.com/BookingPolicy Payment and Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Identification and Readiness All signers must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID. Documents must be complete and unsigned prior to notarization. All signers must be present, willing, and competent at the time of service. Late Arrival and Grace Period Appointments include a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period, the appointment may be cancelled and require rebooking at full price. For remote or online appointments, failure to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time results in forfeiture of the session. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Refunds Fees are non-refundable once an appointment begins or services are completed. Late cancellations and no-shows require rebooking at full price. Client error, missing documents, or invalid identification do not qualify for a refund. Refusal of Service The notary reserves the right to refuse service if legal or compliance requirements are not met. Refusal of service does not entitle the client to a refund.
